「特別・愛增值」計劃 2

僱員再培訓局 (ERB) 於於2020年7月推出「特別・愛增值」計劃2,協助失業或就業不足人士提升技能、自我增值及投身職場。

計劃設有「企業包班」服務,企業或商會可以「包班」模式免費安排其開工不足或放取無薪假期的僱員或會員機構員工修讀「計劃」下的「部分時間制」課程,提升工作技能。

「安心出行」場地 QR Code

政府於11月16日推出「安心出行」流動應用程式,方便市民儲存出行記錄。

如商戶想參與計劃,只需將店鋪名稱、地址等簡單資料電郵至leavehomesafe@ogcio.gov.hk,日內便會經電郵收到一個特定的場所QR Code和海報,商戶收到後只需:(1)列印出有關QR Code 和海報,張貼在入口當眼處;及(2)鼓勵訪客使用App記錄進出時間便可。

To stimulate spending, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will roll out a Holiday@Home Campaign from June to September 2020.

 

HKTB cordially invite the members of Hong Kong Retail Management Association and other retailers to participate in this campaign by providing attractive offers, e.g. buy one get one free or 50% discount offer for customers.

Special 100% Loan Guarantee to Receive Applications

Following a wave of similar statements by overseas agencies, the Hong Kong Competition Commission has today published a statement on the Covid-19 outbreak available here.

The Special 100% Loan Guarantee under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (SFGS) starts receiving applications from 20 April 2020 (Monday). The application period will last for one year.

The maximum loan amount per enterprise is HK$4 million and enterprises may also apply for an optional principal moratorium for the first 12 months.

Enterprise should contact the participating lenders to apply for the loan or credit facility.

如果員工不幸染病被強制隔離,扣薪是否合法?

符合資格 可獲4/5工資

參考政府2月8日的新聞公報,政府在有關人士強制家居或其他住所檢疫14天的安排,如僱員被生主任要求或命令接受檢疫,生主任會向該僱員發出醫生證明書。假若僱主收到僱員提交的醫生證明書,僱主必須要根據《僱傭條例》或僱員的僱傭合約,向僱員發放病假。僱員病假是否有薪要視乎以下條件:

僱員能出示適當的註冊中醫、註冊西醫或註冊牙醫的醫生證明書;

放取的病假不少於連續4天;

僱員已累積足夠的有薪病假日數。

如僱員符合資格,可獲取相等於僱員每日平均工資的4/5,假如僱員不符合資格,便不可獲取有薪病假,缺勤日子可按值扣除,但僱主也可體恤和諒解有關僱員的情況而發放有薪病假。
