• Product selling in the presentation is prohibited.

• The association will arrange the order of the speakers according to the content of the topic

Obligations to participate in the company

• Participating companies must promote the event to their customers or members.

Approval criteria

• Association will approve and consider based on applicant experience of retailers, relevance and practicality, such as the background of the guest speakers and the proposed content.

• The association will notify the success or failure individually in writing and reserves the final decision on accepting applications and various related arrangements.

• 講題必須切合以上研討會的主題，分享內容應與零售市場相關的行業趨勢、相關研究結果、實際應用、案例研究等。

• 研討會內容不可銷售產品。

• 協會將按講題內容排列講者的次序

 

參加公司的義務

參加公司必須協會本會向其客戶或會員宣傳是次活動。

 

審批準則

• 為確保各有興趣的聯席會員均有機會參加，活動項目只能二選一。

• 協會將根據申請公司對零售商的經驗、適切性及實用性等作出考慮，例如主題內容之吸引度及演講嘉賓的背景。

• 協會將個別以書面通知成功與否，協會保留接受申請及各項有關安排的最終決定權。
