Online Purchase and Reimbursement Arrangements for Contract Fulfillment Assessment

履行交易評審消費確認及報銷安排 (只適用於「全面評審」)
The Association would arrange mystery shopper to conduct online purchase at your e-shop in order to complete "Contract Fulfillment" (one of the perspectives of the assessment criteria). The online purchase and reimbursement would be arranged as follows:此計劃的其中一項評審範疇為"履行交易"，協會必須安排神秘顧客於你的網店進行消費活動才可以作出此部份之評審。其消費及報銷安排如下：
Online Purchase 進行消費
The agreed maximum consumption amount stated below must be prepaid at the time of enrollment. 以下最高消費金額必須在報名時預先繳交。
The mystery shopper will conduct online purchase at your e-shop based on 95% of the agreed maximum amount or ensuring a remaining balance of no more than HK $100 (prioritizing the minimum possible balance). This amount includes delivery charges, membership registration fees, and any other mandatory charges. 神秘顧客將按商戶同意之最高消費金額的 95% 或 不少於 $100 購物餘額進行網上消費，以購物餘額最少為優先條件 (其金額需包括運費、會員登記費及其他不可免除的網購雜項費用)。
The "Contract Fulfillment" evaluation will be carried out once the transaction is completed. 神秘顧客將在完成交易後，就參與網店履行交易部份作出評審。
Reimbursement Arrangement 報銷安排
After the assessment, the mystery shopper will return the received goods and invoices to the Association. 神秘顧客會於評審後將所收到的貨品及付款單據交回協會。
A refund via crossed cheque will be issued to the merchant only if the remaining purchase balance exceeds HK$100. 協會將按購物餘額多於HK$100的交易個案才安排以劃線支票退回參與網店。
The Association will return the goods and the crossed cheque (if applicable) to the merchant via courier, with delivery costs to be paid by the recipient (freight collect). 協會將於把劃線支票 (如適用)、收到的貨品以速遞 (到付) 送到貴公司。
